Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking
All orders come with tracking.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.
Delays & Missing Packages (Important but Fair)
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of being shipped, please contact us and we will:

No stress. No arguing.

If tracking shows the package as delivered, we cannot automatically refund. We’ll still help you investigate with the courier.
Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

We can reship it (you may need to cover shipping)

Or refund the product cost (excluding shipping)
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders:
